Daniel Joye is a United States Air Force veteran who served as a Computer Science Officer at Gunter AFB in Montgomery, Alabama — Unix workstations, VAX machines, a liquid-nitrogen-cooled Cray supercomputer, and the early Internet before ".com" meant anything to the outside world. The Air Force taught him how to build systems that absolutely cannot go down.
After the service he founded Mindfulware, LLC, building production AI and data systems, and scaled a SaaS platform to $1.5M ARR with 10,000+ concurrent users and 99.99% uptime. His portfolio lives at danieljoye.com.
Today Daniel is the right brain of the Slasher Brothers — the Curly of the operation and the systems mind behind CRYPT, the Horror Stock Exchange. The terminal that tracks horror attention as a live market runs on the same discipline he learned in uniform: measure everything, break nothing.
